Description
S529 2-flute slot drills have a ball nose geometry for high performance contouring of complex surfaces and have a short, 2-flute design, providing high rigidity for increased strength and reduced vibration. Manufactured from premium carbide material, providing longer tool life and superior performance, the tools have a titanium silicon nitride coating, which further enhances tool life and also improves performance when milling difficult to machine materials. S529 application slot drills are specifically for high speed machining in hardened tool steels up to 63HRC.
